How to Contact the IRD
The Inland Revenue Department are very easy to get in touch with. In most cases you can even find the answer to your query on the IRD website without even having to talk to someone, this is especially true if you have already have already created a “myIR” account.

The IRD does have a few other mailing addresses for some specific correspondence such as if you are writing about a student loan, KiwiSaver or a business. Please check the IRD website for further details on these.
